Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles. Footwear is even harder because different brands cut shoes very differently. Very thin fabric may be fine for summer but often looks cheap and becomes see through. Now I am more careful with impulse buys and limited time offers.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

Online shops that show detailed measurements and care instructions usually get my attention. I think this is one of the few real advantages we have compared to shopping blindly. When every picture has different colors or extreme filters, it is usually a bad sign. I also check if the store explains how to measure PD and frame size clearly. Price is important to me, but quality and comfort are even more important in the long run. If anyone has long term experience with certain online shops, I am always curious to read it.
